About Sacred Heart Ministry
This ministry began as a result of my own spiritual journey, a search for my own truth and spiritual path. As a result of a painful divorce I started on a spiritual quest searching for answers about my life, my purpose and God.
I spent several years at a Religious Science Church studying to be a Licensed Practitioner as a stepping stone on my path to becoming a minister. I had finally found my purpose – something that I had the gifts, talents and a passion for. I truly did not pick it, it chose me. After spending a few years in study and in service at this church I was firmly and quickly “nudged” by Spirit to change.

.….and then everything changes
I decided to go back to where I had started many years before. I returned to the Unity Church that I had attended and had gotten married in. I once again, reaffirmed that everything happens for a reason and that there are no accidents.
I started regular attendance and began taking classes towards becoming a Licensed Teacher first and then becoming a minister. After a few years I declared that I was on the path to becoming a Minister and would go to Unity Village to Study….here came Spirit again to interrupt my well-laid plans.
After several months of a being in a bad relationship, the death of my father and major shifts in my work environment I discovered that I was pregnant. How could this be? This was not in the plan.
Little did I know that Spirit had a plan
that I was not yet privy to
So, at 40 years old, I put my dream to become a minister on hold and took on the task of being a single, working mother. I continued to serve at church, heading up education events, holding workshops, serving as a Chaplain. Once again Spirit stepped in to move me to my next challenge. Due to unforeseen and unfortunate circumstances with my ex and visitation with my son, I made the decision to step down from my activities at church. The demands were too great and the support was just not there.
About a year later, I was speaking to a friend from my old church community and I declared that I would not give up on my dream, despite any obstacles, set-backs or challenges. That afternoon I received an offer for a scholarship from the University of Metaphysics to complete a Ministerial Program, Masters and PhD degree in Metaphysical Studies. I was shocked. The prayer that I declared to my friend, without intending to, had been answered….in a matter of hours.
So, in between working, studying and single parenting I completed my License as a Metaphysical Minister and am in the process of completing my Masters in Divinity and Phd.
I have an absolute passion and desire to make a difference in the lives of others. I hope to inspire and support you and that this website will assist you to Awaken to Who you Really Are ……..and to the Sacred in Your Life.
